About the event
Flow through a grounding Yang & Yin flow- a blend of energising movement and deep, restorative stillness. We will interweave breathwork and guided meditation throughout, allowing you to drop fully into the body, cultivating calm and presence of the body and mind.
Followed by guided journalling and card pulling to encourage reflection and connection, inviting us to set aligned intentions for the weeks ahead.
Hot drinks + seasonal treats provided! Just bring a journal + pen, and wear something comfortable and warm.
