Ready to slow down, switch off and start your weekend feeling refreshed? ✨ Join Girls Who and Sublime Studio for a relaxing morning of gentle movement, journalling, delicious treats and a little time to simply unwind. 💕
We’ll start the morning with a calming guided yoga class, giving you the chance to stretch, breathe and release any tension before settling in with a drink and delicious treat from Nourish Hayle. ☕️🥐 Take some time to journal, reflect and enjoy a slower start to your Saturday, before taking home a goody bag filled with little treats to help you continue the relaxation at home.
