Our
Classes

At Sublime, we offer yoga classes rooted in the authentic wisdom of yoga philosophy. We welcome any and every body, no matter your previous experience with yoga.

We hope our classes inspire you to take what we learn on the mat into your daily life, living with more conscious awareness, compassion, and purpose.

All-Levels Yoga

In our all-levels yoga flow, we move through postures inspired by the Hatha and Krama style of yoga. This means we explore moving in and out of the postures before settling in for a few moments, moving at a gentle pace and giving time to fully absorb the pose in the body.

We focus on moving the body with the breath, allowing our inhales and exhales to guide our movements.

Through breath and movement, we endeavour to balance the energies of the body, allowing you to leave class feeling balance in the physical as well as emotional body- Feeling open, whilst also grounded; energised, with a deep sense of calm.

Breath, Body, Mind

Yoga is so much more than just movement!

In these classes, we will flow mindfully and gently through a variety of postures, whilst interweaving moments of stillness and guided breathwork. We finish with a short meditation at the end of the class to leave you feeling truly connected to your body, mind, and spirit.

An all-levels class welcoming any and everybody. Options to deepen as well as rest into postures will be given, so you can take what you need in the moment.

Yin Yoga

In Yin yoga, we hold the postures for longer periods of time, which enables the body to fully release and relax. We move slowly and mindfully between poses that are able to be held with effortless ease, mainly working with seated and floor based postures. Our classes weave through slow movement, calming breathwork, and grounding meditation.

This style of yoga is an invitation to explore stillness. It is so important to balance the rushing of daily life with these moments of quiet, of peace, in order to bring ourselves back to centre.

This practice is excellent for stretching the connective tissues and fascia, providing deep relaxation for the body and mind.
